The information we collect

Information you give us directly. When you complete a contact or enquiry form, make a speaking, media, collaboration or other enquiry, sign up to receive updates, or place an order, we may collect information such as your name, email address, phone number, organisation, the contents of your message and, for purchases, your delivery address and order details.

Information provided by someone else. Occasionally we may receive personal information about you from another person or organisation. For example, an event organiser, speaker agency, business contact or someone purchasing an item for delivery to you may provide us with your details. Where required by the Privacy Act, we will take reasonable steps to let you know that we have collected this information, why we have it, and how it will be used.

If you provide us with personal information about another person, please make sure you are authorised to provide it.
